Revox Joy Audio Server

The focal point of the development was the aim to make the ripping of CDs possible without switching-on a PC. This target was implemented in a way that merely a CD needs to be put into the drive. Anything else is effected completely automatic according to the activated settings in the background.

The intuitive GUI enables the user to browse his favourite music, but also to create individual playlists. If required the metadata of the audio files can also be adapted. Beside the classics like album, interpreter or genre the audio server offers an entry for composer so that classical music lovers can also find quickly their favourites.

All contents of the Revox Joy audio server are made available to the network by UPnP. Thus, the audio server can be operated with network receivers as well as conventionally by means of a local optical audio output directly with an amplifier.
